Angel was out stretching her legs, enjoying the feel of not having her walking cast on. She had been allowed to take it off for a couple of hours a day, and was planning on making the most of it. She found herself on the second floor again, within pediatrics. As she walked, she casually glanced into the various rooms, hoping maybe to find the room Sierra was staying in. Finally finding Sierra's room, she smiled as she walked in. "Hey, I was just in the neighbourhood." She said softly, hoping she wasn't interrupting anything.

"Would you please keep still, Sierra?" Wilson asked his newest Cancer patient who was currently struggling against him, not wanting the IV that he had to put into her arm. "Seriously, Sierra... I'm not going to hurt you, I only want to put the IV back into your arm. You need it about as much as a fish needs water in order to survive, so please, just give me your arm and let me put it in." Wilson breathed, calming himself down. Of all the patients that he had this fifteen year old girl was by far the most strenous, he felt as though he had to continuously look over her for fear of her losing her way or getting hurt, or something else that he had yet to think of, but it would come to him. "Sierra." He said her name calmly, jumping when he heard a new voice.

"NO!" she yelled at her doctor, thrashing her arms about and trying to get away from him with little success. Sierra knew what the IV was for and she didn't want. She'd been eating - an apple at lunch, a cracker for breakfast... something else and something else, she just had problems keeping the food down in her stomach, that was all. She didn't have an eating disorder. "Please don't." she mumbled against his arm, willing to bite him if he touched her again. "I don't care if you won't hurt me, I just don't want you to touch me!" she spat, pulling herself up the bed as far as she could go so that she was out of his reaching. Sierra didn't notice the other person enter the room, she was too busy trying to get the IV not into her arm.

Angel stopped dead in her tracks as she watched the scene in front of her. There was Wilson struggling with a fifteen year old to put the IV in her arm. "Sierra.... James," She stopped. "I mean Dr. Wilson." She corrected herself, moving closer into the room. "Sierra, please, sit still, you need the IV." Angel soothed, approaching Sierra's bedside. "Would you let me put the IV in?" She asked softly, hoping maybe that would work instead. She didn't want to tread on Wilson's feet, but if she could help in some small way...

"Sierra, I don't know what to do with you." Wilson complained, dropping his hand from the tiny fifteen year old and turning to face the newcomer. Who wasn't new at all. He recognised her face and had to step back a tiny amount to stop the butterflies in his stomach start dancing. Angel putting Sierra's IV in looked like a good idea since she'd probably have more of a chance to do so. Handing the IV to Angel with hopes, Wilson stepped back from the bed and looked at the two females. "I hope you don't give Doctor Fraser a hard time, like you just did with me." he joked, trying to kill the current mood.

It was getting increasingling more difficult to maintain her position on her bed thus far and she just so wished that her doctor would step back and leave her be... for the time being. At least until she had calmed down a bit. But then Doctor Fraser was there and Sierra smiled lightly. She liked Angel and was willing to allow her to insert the IV, just as long as there was minimal contact and it was done quickly. "Minimal and quick, please." she mumbled, holding out her arm and shoving the end of her bedsheet into her mouth with her other hand.

"Losing a battle with a fifteen year old Dr. Wilson? I promise I won't tell House." Angel grinned, looking over at him. She was just teasing him, but she knew the amount of ridicule Wilson would get if House did catch wind to what had happened. When Sierra told her that she could, Angel nodding, taking the IV from Wilson. "Quick and minimal contact, gotcha." Angel echoed, moving close to Sierra. She inserted the IV quickly, her fingers brushing against Sierra's arm. "There, all done. All you needed was a woman's touch." Angel teased Wilson, giving him a playful wink. "Was that so bad Sierra?"

Wilson stuck his tongue out at Angel in the most unprofessional way that he could and stepped back to allow her space, room to insert the IV with 'minimal contact and quickness'. It would take a skilled doctor to get that done like that. Good thing Angel was one such a doctor. She was also gorgeous, beautiful, talen... getting a little off track here. Wilson seemed to be just staring at her until he realised that it had been quick, very quick and it was all done. "Yeah, you best not tell House otherwise I'm going to have to beat your butt to Kentucky and back." he laughed, looking over at Sierra.

Sierra hugged her knees awkwardly with one hand while she waited, rather impatiently for Doctor Fraser to finish putting the IV into her arm. She felt a little pin prick and her skin tingled at the contact but she made no movement, just sat there, solidly. "I suppose not." she mumbled, running her finger over the IV and settling down in the bed with a yawn. She was just going to refuse that she was tired. Sierra did not want to sleep just encase she had one of those crazy nightmares again. "Thank you." she yawned, tugging her bedsheets.

Angel glanced over at Wilson. "Is that a promise?" She teased back, sticking her tongue out at him as well. Turning back to Sierra, she looked down at the young girl. "You look like you could use some sleep." She stated, only wanting what was best for the girl. She suddenly wondered why she hadn't gone into pediatrics instead of cardiology, but shrugged it off. Both Sierra and Des had pulled at her heartstrings and her maternal instincts. With Sierra more so now that she was sure she wouldn't be able to have children. Which was something she needed to mention to Wilson now that she thought about it. She'd scheduled the laparascopy, but she knew Wilson would find out somehow.

"Oh, it most definitely is a promise." Wilson chuckled, shoving his hands into the pockets of his suit trousers and looking over at Sierra. She looked like the kind of girl that had had a really rough time in life, yet was also well off in the sense of money issues and other things like that. Shame about her parents - he'd read what they had done and had been less than pleased about that to say the very least. He didn't think that he'd ever be able to dump a child on hospital turf just because she or he had lukemia or some other illness that required full medical attention. "Yes, I agree with Doctor Fraser, Sierra. You haven't been to sleep in a while, I think you should get some, or do I have to get the sleeping pills, again?"

Yawning, Sierra pulled her bedsheets up her body further and settled back against her pillow. There was no way that she was going to get to sleep tonight, or at least she could try. Not one for liking sleep, especially if there was nightmares involved, Sierra usually avoided it as much as possible. Keeping herself up all night and sleeping for a couple of hours during the day time because she wasn't afraid then. She knew that she couldn't keep it up, but she could at least try to. And right now, she was going to fake sleeping. "No, no. I'ma go to sleep." she mumbled, yawning again before closing her eyes.

"Mm, promises promises." Angel grinned, blushing slightly. She made a mental note to take Wilson up on that promise later. Turning back to Sierra, she watched as the young blond pulled the blankets up, making as if she were going to sleep. "I don't think we need to involve pills." Angel soothed, moving to stand next to Wilson. "We'll just stay to make sure you get to sleep then let you be." Angel smiled, slipping her hand into Wilson's.

"Mhm." Was all Wilson could say before he saw the blush on Angel's face. At this moment he'd end up saying something rather inappropriate but there was a minor in the room and he didn't want to run the risk of her overhearing and possibly getting scared of him... or telling someone about his possible plans with Angel. With one hand, Wilson reached out and fixed the blankets real quickly, with minimal contact and switched off the bedside lamp next to Sierra's head. "I don't see any need for the pills tonight either, she'll go to sleep eventually." Wilson smiled when Angel slipped her hand into his and gave it a gentle squeeze.

Settling back down on the pillows and getting herself comfortable, Sierra closed her eyes and could actually feel herself drifting off to sleep, but there was no way she was going to get herself out of this one, she was way too exhausted and Angel and Wilson were going to stay with her now. To make sure that she actually was going to go to sleep. Oh well. Eventually though, and not too long after either, Sierra had fallen asleep. Her chest rose and fell normally then she started coughing in her sleep. But her coughing turned into choking and she couldn't stop.
