Bouncing on the balls of her feet, Sierra Rodriguez looked around House's office and smiled to herself. He wasn't in yet, but Doctor Wilson had said that he'd be there soon and had told her to say. So, that's what she was going to do. Wait. Stay and bounce around. The autistic side of her being, clearly, more prominent as of right now. Her headache's were settled, her lukemia lay dormant, for now and for once in her life, she was genuinely happy and she didn't know why!
Her blonde hair had fallen around her face, obscuring her vision as she bounced but she didn't care. At the moment she was being a typical fifteen year old girl, not caring that she was standing in some official's office and that she was a patient at the hospital her parents had dumped her into before upping and leaving without even waiting for her to wake up so that they could say goodbye. Nope, there had been none of that. They had just left and left Sierra with nothing, not a memory.
Can't say that she didn't mind that though, she was too wrapped up in her own little world to really know what was going on with her parents. She didn't think that'd they simply abandon her... but they had. As usual. It wasn't as though they actually cared for her. But... well, the more she thought about it, the more she realised just how complacent they had always been with her.
Sierra didn't like it. Her mood began to deteriorate rapidly and she lost concentration on her bouncing; effectively throwing her off balance momentarily. Sierra fell to the ground in House's office and didn't move. Her eyes were fixated on the ceiling above her head and she began to think about all the times in the past where she had, or hadn't, seen her parents.
Then the door opened. But she kept her position solidly.

House whistled as he made his way to his office. Leaning on the glass door, he hobble-stepped inside, before coming to a stop over a blonde body lying on his office floor. He cocked his head, somewhat interested in this highly unusual event.
"Let me guess, you just couldn't say no to drugs?"
He stepped around her to make his way to his desk, not bothering to sit. He rifled through the papers that had somehow accumulated on the desk top. He shot another glance at the kid on the floor.

"Huh." the blonde replied, less than impressed at the person who had just entered the office of House. It was funny, he looked like House and sounded like House but he wasn't... wait, nevermind. At the mention of drugs, Sierra sat herself up. "Drugs? No." she mumbled, pulling her knees close to her chest and hugging them while chewing on the end of her hoodie; the one piece of clothing that she'd been allowed to wear, just because she didn't like being parted with it. "I can so no to drugs, I'm not old enough." she mumbled again, looking at House with slightly scrutiny.
"Let me guess, you couldn't say no to drugs." she shot back.

House's lips quirked up in a quick smirk, "guilty as charged," he replied, amused. His fingers brushed against a smooth, small container that rattled, jostled by the pressure he exerted on it. Found it. His extra stash of vicodin, cleverly hidden under piles of paperwork that he had yet to fill out and file. Satisfied with his discovery, he popped a pill and sighed, waiting for the sweet high that was a lack of pain.
Moments later, he regarded the girl. She was primarily Wilson's patient. There was little reason for him to be seeing her in his office. "Did Wilson send you here?" He asked her, with no little suspicion in his voice as to what may happen to be her intentions.
