Character Information
Name: Anne Page
Age: 25
Personality: Anne is typically quiet and soft-spoken. She usually keeps her opinions to herself. If asked a question, she will respond with as few words as she can. If talking at great length is unavoidable, she will take on a bored tone and will eventually begin repeating herself.
She also likes to stay out of people's way, and she hates being the center of everyone's attention. She doesn't exactly avoid people, but she tolerates them. She does things on her own, and she does them her own way; other people make that more difficult. And Anne tries to avoid difficulty.
She doesn't think of herself as very attractive, but she also doesn't consider herself an eyesore. She's confident with her appearance, but she doesn't flaunt herself.
History: Anne had a bit of a hard time in her past. When she was ten, her father died and her mother spiraled into depression, and eventually she was taken away from her home and put into foster care. Not knowing how else to handle the sudden change in surroundings, Anne closed herself off from her foster parents. Nothing the family said or did could get her to open up, at least not immediately. It took a couple years, but her foster brother finally got her to start talking about her feelings toward her father's death and her mother's subsequent depression during a game of chess.
By the time she was fifteen, she and her foster brother were close friends, and she was at least speaking with her foster parents. She wasn't saying a lot, but it was progress.
She began attending Princeton University at the age of nineteen, and graduated after four years with a degree in history. It was only a few weeks after graduation that she began to feel a little off...
Anything else? A few weeks after graduating from Princeton University, Anne began to notice unusual changes in her appearance. An inability to sleep started affecting her not long after. She assumed at first that her insomnia was being caused by her worry over her perceived weight gain.
After a few days of restless nights, her adoptive parents became worried and she was brought to the clinic at Princeton-Plainsboro, where she was admitted after falling asleep in the waiting room.

Down in the clinic, Cuddy had been about to enter one of the exam rooms to see a patient that had been waiting for a good half-hour when her pager went off. Setting the file back in the inverted shelf, she glanced at the screen. Sighing heavily, she asked one of the other doctors to take care of the patient as she left the clinic. 'This had better be important' she thought stonily as she punched the up button on the elevator.
Once the elevator stopped at the fourth floor, Cuddy stalked out and down the office, noticing in passing that House wasn't at his desk...or in his conference room. As the thought of where else he could be hit her, she considered just turning around and going back downstairs. But the rational part of her mind told her that she needed to confront this; she couldn't run away. So, she kept walking. The door was slightly ajar as she approached. Cuddy pushed it open and stopped in the doorway, her suspicions confirmed.
"You do know what a cell phone is, don't you?" she asked Wilson, ignoring House completely. She wasn't sure if she could handle this at the moment, and was, as a result, more than a little snarky.
