Personal Information Name: Jules or Jo, either is fine. Availability: Every night, GMT + 1 time. Strong Points: 'Cause drama and make peace. Weak Points: Uhm, how about this time I say 'not causing so much drama'? Limits: Gay Sex. <3 Mary Sue Litmus Score: 15, after the second time.
Character Information Name: Sierra Amelia Rodriguez. Age: Fifteen. Personality: "Okay Sierra, this is our penultimate meeting. This is where I read out some small descriptive paragraphs that people you know have written about your personality and I would like for you to try and work out who said what about you. You got that?"
"I think I do, so lets go."
"The first one is entitled; 'perfect examples' and it says:
'If I were to pick one person who is the perfect example of being the life and soul of the party, it would have to be Sierra. After everything that she had been through - the lukemia and the divorce of her parents - I'm surprised at how well she's turned out. A perfect example of someone who takes things in her stride and lives to tell the tale; not that she talks about it much, but still.'
"Ah, I'm guessing that the person who spoke those words about me was the nanny, am I right?"
"Correct, and the second one is entitled; 'so don't worry, they tell me':
"Sierra? Yeah, she has this horrible habit of trying to tell me that everything is fine and that there's nothing to worry about. Well, I mean had since I don't see her anymore - I wish I did though, I need her to tell me that everything is fine; when I know it's not. Sierra is the kind of girl who hides her emotions too much; she hardly listens to what her heart tells her, going only on what her mind tells her. Sure, sometimes it can be a little annoying, but she's still small (and I mean that literal since she's small for her age) and probably doesn't yet understand the meaning of 'don't worry'.'
"My sister...? I think, that was kind of mean. I know what 'don't worry' means, I just have this awful tendancy to over use it - or, I did, when she was around."
"Sierra, focus please. The third is a little strange and I'm not sure you'll know who spoke this one so you may need a few hints. It's called: 'to check that no-one sees how normal you are':
'She's not. Not normal at all. I'm telling you that she's like some kind of experimental alien from outer space or something of the likes. You ask her to do something, sure she'll do it, but once she's done it things seem to go wrong and she has to redo it before you even get a chance too look at what she's done. It's like she has OCD or something, I don't know. All I know is that she's not a normal kid. I mean, have you seen (or heard) the way that she talks!? It's like she's a fourty something year old trapped in a fifteen year olds body, how weird is that? She's a freak."
"Lovely. That would be my neighbor, Thomas; or 'Tomo' to his friends. He's a little on the dumb side if I'm honest; doesn't know the 'rich lingo' as he calls it. I don't like him much, but that's only because he scares me, admittedly."
"I guess you didn't need the hints, because that was correct. So, now we move onto the next one which is entitled: 'what must we do to restore, our innocence':
'She used to be a child, but then she grew up too quickly and I don't understand why. What happened to this childhood of hers? Where did it go and why did she have to grow up. I miss the days where she was so innocent, so.. full of life and carefree. I wonder if there would come the day where she could restore her innocence and go back to being a child. This grown up Sierra came on too fast and I'll never understand it.''
"My father can go f*ck himself, thanks."
"Charming, so here's the next one: 'i feel so unsure', actually I think I'm going to entwine this with 'time can never mend';
'Sierra is ensecure and unable to show her true emotions. She covers these both up through sarcasm and rudeness that no-one can stand, it's a wonder she hasn't got any friends. It's because she's unsure of what she wants from life and that she doesn't get that time can eventually mend the wounded. Sierra wants to believe that time can never mind a broken heart, but it can. I know it can and we need to make her know that it can, we should show her that it can.''
"It's not for the f*cking want of trying, stupid whore of a mother."
"Sierra, calm down; there's three more but again, two are intertwined; 'i won't be sorry at all, i'd do it over again' and 'i don't wanna talk about it, and i don't want a conversation';
"Sierra, the foolish girl, has this awful habit of being extremely rude and very sarcastic to those that like to try and speak to her. Does she apologise? No, she doesn't. She says that she won't do it over again, but she flipping well does and it drives me insane! Don't get me wrong; she's a lovely girl but the things that she comes out with are profound! I'm amazed that such a small little girl can come up with these things, seriously. You ask her if she wants to talk about what it is that is bothering her and you'll get a response like 'i don't want a conversation with you', in a rude tone nonetheless, so you pressure her into speaking because you don't think that her bottling everything up is right and she blows her lid. Refusing to apologise after but with promisings of not doing it again. Five days later the same thing happens and she does it over again and over again. I don't get her, I really don't get her at all. She needs to learn how to control her temper and let people help her out when she needs help; whether she wants to believe that she knows it or not."
"I'm not even going to comment on that one, next."
"You really shouldn't bottle things up like that, Sierra; it isn't healthy,"
"Hi mother dear, sorry I can't take your call right now, leave a message and I'll be sure to delete it as soon as I get it."
"Okay Sierra, I get it, here's the next one, entitled: 'with idealistic timing, the optimist died inside of me';
"Oh god, where do we bloody start on this one? The girl, Sierra, she used to be this awesome little girl with so much energy and so much optimism running through her. But now she's not. It was as though the optimistic side of her young self died and was replaced by the pessimistic side that everyone hates. It's horrid that how, everything you say or do, she can come up with at least one pessimist/negative thing about it. I don't understand. Maybe we should attempt to bring her optimistic side back out into the world, it might do her some good, at least."
"I'VE HAD ENOUGH, STOP THIS NOW."
"Easily angered too, I see, frustrated, annoyed, picky, a little on the OCD side. Sierra, shall we carry on tomorrow?"
"f*ck. Off."
"And now you're crying. Goodbye."
History: It is said that into every other generation someone special is born in the a family and that that special person would be the key to great success on his (or hers) part. Now, we're not too sure if this applies to the Rodriguez family, but it sure would have been nice.
The Rodriguez family were the kind of family who had money and everyone knew about it since they liked to flaunt it at every opportunity they had. Like for instance the time that Claudia Rodriguez found out that she was pregnant with her first (and hopefully) last child. It was in this time that Pierre Rodriguez thought that it would be an excellent opportunity to flaunt his wealth by announcing to his employees that he was going to pay the hospital for his wife to have a whole wing to herself when she went into labour. Unfortunately this didn't go to perfect plan because the hospital wouldn't allow it and Pierre and his wife ended up having to pay for a private nurse and doctor to come to their stately home in Sierra, England, instead. Not that that wasn't a better idea, it was just that Pierre would rather show people that he had money, sort of, bragging as it were. What a jerk.
Well anyway, their first child born into the world and they named her Paris. Such a rich name to those that 'couldn't afford different names', but a name nonetheless. She was wonderful; a goddess in child form. Pierre and Claudia vowed that neither were going to try for another child because it was too much work. But who could call, hiring a nanny to look after the child twenty four seven, 'work', or even 'hard work'? They didn't do anything, expect pick up the phone and make a call. It was clear that these two humans were not capable of looking after a child, they had to get other people to do it for them. Fortunately the nanny worked out for them and Paris grew up as quite the young lady, always doing as she was told and never once questioning about her parents choice of habits, meaning that she never asked why they weren't around as often as normal parents were.
So, Paris grew up not really knowing what her parents were really like, until that fateful night when her mother came home from work and announced to the whole house that she was pregnant, again. Pierre wanted her to get an abortion immediately. Paris; being only seven years old at the time, thought that it would be good for her to get a younger brother to play with. The nanny thought that this would be a good idea too. So, the decision was unanimous and Claudia was stuck with having another child. At the time only having one child had been the best idea yet, but as the months went on, she came to realise that having two children wasn't so bad either. Even Pierre saw the upside to this - it meant that he could flaunt his money even more to show that he really did have it and cared for his children as much as any other father. What he didn't know was that money didn't buy love.
When the next child was born, Claudia was expecting a boy, but was surprised to find that she had another girl - not that she didn't mind or anything, but Pierre had wanted a successor to the family business. Oh well, they would have to try again. They named this girl, Sierra, still going with the city theme, apparently, and took her home where they placed her into the immediate care of the nanny and older sister. Both parents were expecting great things from both of their children and wouldn't stand for any nonsense of any kind. So, when Sierra was rushed into hospital at the age of four, they turned a blind eye - they refused to believe that there was anything wrong with her. That was until they heard the verdict. Sierra had lukemia. What could they do to make her better? She was just a child, she would die. Fortunately, Sierra was a lot stronger than she looked and at the age of five the lukemia went into remission and she was allowed back home with her parents.
You would have thought that because of this life-threatening incident that the family would end up bonding more and that the adult Rodriguez would start looking out for their own children more, but no. If anything this little mishap made Pierre and Claudia drift apart. They suddenly found themselves no longer wanting to see each other throughout the day and you knew it was bad when Pierre didn't come home from work for days at a time - he spent nights in his office while Claudia spent nights at the hospital; sleeping in the staff rooms and putting herself up to be on call if anything should happen. This put a strain on Paris and Sierra's relationship with each other. Since Sierra was only small at the time and Paris was well into her teens, the youngest didn't really understand what was going on. She shut herself off from the world and spent hours by herself, in her room talking to her dolls - they were the only friends that she had. Teaching herself how to sing and to play guitar to pass the time away while she thought about her parents. Sierra didn't even notice when Paris eventually gave up and moved out of the house, leaving her on her own.
Growing up wasn't easy for the small child. At the age of twelve her parents really took the biscuit and announced that they were going to divorce. Paris didn't care, she was nineteen now and had a life of her own to worry about. It broke Sierra's heart to see her parents split up, but now she was torn between the two of them. They both wanted her but she knew in her heart that it was going to be the same - a nanny for her, no parents. To make this work, her parents lived in the same house with Sierra, trying to see her as much as possible, almost as though they were fighting for her affection. It wasn't going to work. Claudia moved out in the next year so it was now only Sierra and Pierre. He strived for her affection, buying her a new electric guitar. He kept buying her things and buying her things until she turned around and shouted at him. 'Fourteen years I've been trying to get your attention and now that you've both split up, you want it now? Well, you're not going to get it, father! You left me in the dark for fourteen years; why start now?!' Pierre left her alone after that.
But things took another turn for the worse, after getting drunk at the mere age of fifteen, Sierra ended up in hospital, this time it didn't look like she was going to get out. The effects of the alcohol seemed to poison her and the lukemia came back.
Anything else? Other than having Lukemia it's also said to be known that Sierra has OCD, SPD, tourettes, is autistic and she absolutely hates being touched by anyone.

Somehow he felt that she was being a little uncomfortable with they way he was acting around her, so he decided that maybe it was time to step down a little. He was showing her that he truly cared about her, but maybe he was showing it a little too much? How could he have been so stupid? Milo could feel that she was also annoyed with him because of how he was caring, protecting and showering her with all this love and attention. It was coming on too strong though.
Cherrie was one of the very few girls that Milo actually cared about, heck she was probably the only girl in his life that he had ever really cared about more than his sister - who disappeared. He'd never really understand why he felt about Cherrie this way and had no doubt that she'd never understand, but he did and wasn't that all that mattered? She was perfect to him; no matter what she had done in the past and how her personality always seemed to be bitchy towards people.
He'd seen the light at the end of the Cherrie tunnel, as it were and that was all that mattered. He just wanted her to know that he would always be there for her, to help her out and to protect her when she needed protection - not that she wasn't strong enough to protect herself or anything. Milo just wanted to be there for her. This was no school-boy crush, this was real, this was true and there was no changing the way he felt about her now, no way.
Milo was never going to stop loving Cherrie and he wanted to make sure that she knew that. Showering her with surprises in the form of objects and/or kisses. Allowing her into his dorm if ever she just wanted to talk to him about things that were bothering her. Nothing about Cherrie was ever going to annoy him because he enjoyed her company, he enjoyed being around her and at the moment - while it was slightly weird - he was enjoying her talking to him, standing where they were and in the moment that they were in together. He loved her, truly.
As Cherrie snaked her arm around his neck, Milo fought the urge to pull her closer to his body and just hold her close, but somehow he knew that this moment wasn't going to last because she was planning on going and he wasn't going to stop her. She needed a moment to herself and he was going to respect that. Plus, he too needed a moment to himself. A moment to get his head adjusted to the fact that he had just kissed her, and not just in a friendly way, a loving way.
Milo allowed for a small smile to crack on his face when Cherrie whispered in his ear, telling him that she loved him too. That was all that he needed to hear. Keeping his hands at his sides, Milo did nothing but watch as the girl of his dreams peeled herself away from him, bent down to pick up her bag and walk off, in the direction of the dorms. He didn't say anything, there was no need for him to. He'd already said and heard what he'd needed to. Everything was perfect as of now.
"I love you, Cherrie." he whispered to himself, turning around and heading back into the club.
