So I heard today on the radio that apparently Kal Penn left his job on House to go work for US President Barack Obama. Now, we're not sure whether this is a big joke or actually true, but I figured I'd post it here to share with everyone.

Penn told EW's Michael Ausiello that he is going to work in the White House. He "got to know the President and some of the staff during the campaign and had expressed interest in working there, so I'm going to be the associate director in the White House office of public liaison. They do outreach with the American public and with different organizations. They're basically the front door of the White House."
He'll be working in the Old Executive Office building and isn't sure at this point how long the job will last. But it's safe to say he's taking a pay cut, notes Ausiello. "Oh, yeah.
