When a Navy petty officer shows up dead inside of the park the NCIS is given the case. But the killer don't stop with just one officer, he is only hitting Navy women. This killer knows Gibbs somehow and won’t stop killing till Gibbs and his team solves the case. The killer is an artist kind of killer he would leave clues well more of 3D diagrams of his next killings when this killer leaves. On one of the diagrams there are to females that Gibbs was able to figure out who the two are before DiNozzo asked about it.
The killer is going after the strong women in the Navy and is going after the two females in the NCIS, Ziva and Abby. Gibbs is making every one work hard and fast so they can stop this killer before Abby and Ziva end up upstairs with Ducky.
Abby is trying her hardest to find some kind of clue about this killer. To her this killer is a genius. Every time Abby found a finger print it wasn’t a good enough to track down the owner.
Gibbs had placed McGee down stairs with Abby to keep a look out for her and has told Abby that McGee was to watch after her. McGee is thrilled that he would be able to watch over the girl he loved and still does love. Well McGee be able to tell Abby that he still in love with her and want to get back together or will the killer have her dead before then?
Gibbs told Tony to watch Ziva. He new Ziva can handle her self but he wanted to make sure she stayed a live. Tony is happy to help protect Ziva. Tony him self is finally getting over his ex-girlfriend and has an eye for are Liaison Officer. As they hang around each other more often Ziva is getting more feelings for Tony each day. Will Tony be able to ask Ziva to be his girl before the killer takes her down?
