Lisa Cuddy has revealed her innermost feelings, and has yet to hear the sentiment returned. Things have been rough between her and House since that afternoon in his office. Neither is sure what will happen to them next, or if there even is a 'them'.

That's not all, though. Things are not all as they seem at Princeton-Plainsboro. Though a facade of calm is presented, something lurks beneath, threatening to destroy the reputation of not only the hospital, but two of its best doctors, if the media learns of it.

Princeton-Plainsboro holds a terrible secret within her walls. None but two of her doctors know of it. But what to do about it is anyone's guess. Do they keep up the charade they've presented for years? Do they reveal themselves, and their unsteady new-found relationship? Or do they meet in secret, hoping no one else will know?

Regardless of the solution, how long will it last before the secret reveals itself, and the two must risk everything to keep their jobs? How long will it be before someone notices? How long will it be before word gets out that Lisa Cuddy is pregnant....and Gregory House is the father?
