Angel nearly choked on her water when he mentioned House changing if he had kids. Coughing a couple of times, she managed to catch herself. "Sorry, that's a scary thought." She lied. She knew House was going to be a father, and he was going to be a damned good one at that. "I wouldn't know about kids though, seeing as how I can have them." She shrugged.

Taub didn't think Angel believed that was a scary thought. She was the one who had just been speaking highly of House, after all. Was Cuddy pregnant?! Taub quickly dismissed that thought from his head. There was no way she could be, especially not with House's child.
At Angel's last sentence, Taub's facial expression turned from consternation to sympathy. "I'm sorry."

Angel shrugged and raised her bottle of half finished Corona. "Eh, kids, who needs them?" She said, taking a small sip. She did want them of course, but she had a god child to look forward to, and she was looking forward to spoiling the child rotten. "Besides, if I want to deal with kids, I'll go take a walk in the pediatrics wing. I've already helped with one little boy." She said, thinking back to Des. He was definitely a puzzling case, and she hoped House would take it.

"Yeah. Having your own kids isn't the most important thing in the world when there are hundreds of thousands of kids out there waiting for someone to adopt them." Maybe him and his wife should adopt....Nah. "I think Wilson would love to adopt a kid," Taub added.

"Adoptions is a viable option." Angel nodded, pushing the now empty bottle of Corona towards the bar tender. This time she picked up her glass of water and looked at it. "Wilson doesn't want kids." She stated, although she did hope to change his mind. "As I said though, children aren't that important. As long as you're with someone who cares for you..." She stopped herself. She shook her head. "Yeah, no more drinks for me tonight."

Taub chuckled. "I guess I could say my wife cares for me...I mean, she hasn't left me....yet," he added. He knew she wouldn't be sticking around much longer if he continued his errant ways.
Taub finished the rest of his beer and placed some money on the counter. "It was nice meeting you, Miss Fraser, but I should probably be heading home now."

Angel listened to the man. Sounded as if there was trouble in paradise. Although from the way the man talked, it didn't sound like it was paradise to begin with.
"Nice to meet you too Mr. Taub." Angel nodded politely. "I look forward to seeing you around work."
