"I'll make sure that House receives your thanks," he teased. House couldn't know about this. Wilson would never live it down. And it certainly didn't help that he was currently residing in House's apartment. House had a way of figuring things out. Wilson was glad that Cuddy had added the provision of House not bothering them to the compromise.

"I'd send him a fruit basket, but I don't see him as one that would eat fruit." She chuckled. "I know, I'll send him a stripper." She nodded, a smile on her face again. She looked down at her computer screen, but out of the corner of her eye she watched Wilson. She knew she should be doing work, but she wanted Wilson back beside her on the couch, just to be close to him.

Wilson chuckled. "House would appreciate that." Wilson tried to get back to his work but, like Angel, he just couldn't seem to concentrate. He could see Angel stealing glances at him because he was doing the same to her. Oh, why not, he thought to himself as he got back up and plopped himself down on the couch again. "Time to take a break from work," he commented, even though he hadn't gotten much done.

"I figured he would." She sighed, shaking her head. She put down the laptop again, noticing how Wilson wasn't really doing much work either. "A break? Already?" She chuckled, turning to face him next to her on the couch. "I suppose I can live with that." She smiled. She wasn't completely sure what they would talk about, but part of her wanted another kiss. "So, glad to be back at Princeton Plainsboro?"

He nodded his head. "I am very glad to be back here. This is where all of my friends are. I was a fool for ever leaving in the first place. Are you glad I'm back?" Wilson asked, already knowing the answer to that question. He could feel the tension in the air between them. But he had to restrain himself. After all, he was the one who had given her the medical advice to stay away from any strenuous physical activity.

"Of course I'm glad your back." She blushed, looking at her lap. The tension between them was thick, and she wasn't sure exactly what she could do to help relieve it. "I mean the circumstances that brought you back weren't the greatest." She looked up at him again. "Still, I'm really glad you're back." She looked into his eyes, searching for an invitation to touch him, kiss him, anything.

"Yeah. I wish my return could have happened under happier circumstances." He looked into Angel's eyes. It seemed to him that they both wanted to do something to ease the tension but they were both afraid to be the first to act. Wilson placed a friendly hand on her knee. "Not as glad as I am," he said, smiling.

Angel bit her lower lip when Wilson put his hand on her knee. Just the simplest touch sent a jolt of excitement through her. "Is that so?" She inquired, moving a little closer to Wilson. She felt as though she was back in high school, both of them not completely sure who should make the first move. Taking actions into her own hands, she leaned in hesitantly, and placed a soft kiss on his lips.

Wilson deepened the kiss, not caring anymore how wrong this was. They both deserved a little bit of happiness and comfort in their lives after all that they had been through. Wilson, continuing the kiss, managed to get himself out of his restrictive lab coat.

Angel had always been one to throw caution to the wind, and this was no exception. She placed both her hands on either side of his face, kissing him just as deep. She could feel Wilson tugging off his lab coat and quickly shrugged out of hers. Moving her hands from his face, she wrapped her arms around his neck, holding him close. Things that felt so wrong always felt so good, and she needed something to help take her mind off things.

Wilson willingly let Angel drag him closer to her. All he knew right now was that he hadn't expected anything like this to happen when he had invited her to his office. Wilson made a trail of kisses down to her neck. One hand he used to gently cup her right breast, while he used his other hand to undo his belt buckle.
Little did he know that they were about have a guest...

House was frowning at the computer screen, bored with the subject matter. Given that it was the latest copy of Medical Journal online, he was understandably bored. Potential cures for cancer aside, there was nothing diagnostically puzzling in the document, no new mysteries to shed light on. His thoughts were straying to Angel and Wilson, alone, in Wilson's office. Maybe he had better check on the kids to make sure that Angel didn't somehow cajole Wilson into a game of Twister, because that was just the sort of evil, stupid thing she would so do to get back at him.
Resolved to get up and just check to make sure she wasn't doing that, even though it was a pretty weak excuse, he shut down his computer, grabbed his cane and stood up. He cut through the conference room where he frequently carried out the differential diagnosis of disease 'X', otherwise affectionately known as the DDX session, or 'House's way of torturing his minions into using their brains, pea-sized they may be'. Opening the door, he stuck his head out, taking a quick peek. It was cold out, after all.
He paused, blinking, then looked out again. Was that? Were they? Wilson?! Disgusted, House slipped out and hopped the low wall and made his way to the door. Trying to open the door, he grunted when it proved to be locked. Lifting his cane, he banged on the door quite rapidly and loudly. Stupid horny kids. Why did he ever let himself to be convinced that Angel would behave?

Angel's thoughts were going a mile a minute, trying to rationalize what they were doing. A soft moan escaped her lips as he trailed kissed down her neck and her breath hitched when she found his hand on her breast. He was definitely helping cut the tension and she didn't want it to stop.
She nearly jumped when she heard the knock, well rather the banging, on Wilson's office window. She quickly pulled away from Wilson, trying to straighten out her clothing. Turning to see who was banging on his window, she scowled. "Always interrupting things." She grumbled, suddenly grumpy that House had ruined her fun.

Wilson jumped a little bit when he heard the banging on his door. "There's a reason my door's locked, House," he said, not even looking at him. Wilson fastened his belt buckle, and then he got up to open his door. "Ummmmm...didn't Cuddy say something about you not bothering us?" he asked, feigning confusion. "I could have sworn that she did." Wilson remembered that he had told Cuddy he'd call her if House did come to bother them but he knew that that wouldn't help.

"Uh, yeah," House hated to capitulate to Wilson's point. He had promised not to bother them. "But that was contingent on you and Angel behaving yourselves. I should have known better than to trust that you could keep it in your pants for longer than five minutes with the ho. You're not supposed to be making her all hot and bothered when she is supposed to be resting. Is any of this making a dent in that over-sexed brain of yours?"
House was infuriated. He was beyond infuriated, he was positively livid. Apoplectic! He couldn't believe this. Angel had been in a car accident barely three days ago, which had been a shock to her system, her foot had to be put back together with pins, for crying out loud. It was bad enough that she was putting a strain on her system even being here in the hospital, that she would willingly engage in frisky business in Wilson's office, quite possibly set back her recovery... it plain pissed him off.
