Hearing Wilson behind her, she stepped aside to allow him entrance, never taking her eyes off of Angel. Quite frankly, Cuddy wasn't surprised to hear her make that argument. It wasn't the first time she'd heard an injured colleague make that claim, or one similar.
"Well," she started. "If all three of us are saying it, shouldn't that lend a bit of credibility? We're only concerned about you, Angel." Feeling that she should at least try to convince Angel that she really was worried, she added, "I'm saying this as a friend. Not as a doctor."

House grabbed the wadded up paper that Angel had thrown back at him yet again smirking at his ability to drag others down to his level. "Don't bother," he told Wilson and Cuddy, "I've already tried to reason with her. There is no reasoning with her. So I've resorted to annoying her as much as I can. I have this theory that if I drive her absolutely nuts... Well. That's as far as I got. I really liked that part of the plan."
He looked at Angel again, his eyebrow arched. Cuddy and Wilson should get in on this action too. He shot Angel a significant look. He held up his paper ball and looked at Wilson as if to say, "I've got Wilson, you get Cuddy."
Oops, he said it out loud. Well, cat's out of the bag! He pulled back his hand and let the paper ball fly straight at Wilson.

Only House could come up with a plan like that but Wilson didn't want to give it a chance to work. He turned his full attention to Angel. "Listen to us," he said. "And if you really don't want to go home because you don't want to be alone then you can come crash on my couch in my office. I'll be in there for most of the day, anyways." That sounded like a reasonable compromise.
Before Wilson got a response from Angel, though, he heard House talking. He didn't put two and two together until too late. He felt the paper hit him square in the forehead. He rubbed there unconciously, bending down to pick up the paper. As he stood back up, he gave Angel a warning glare, hoping she wouldn't stoop down to House's level. Wilson certainly wasn't going to stoop down to his level....He would get back at him later. He was living with the man, after all.

Angel sighed, feeling like a scolded child. Why did everyone want her to go home and rest? Honest, she was fine to work. She hated using the crutches, but she was fine otherwise. She listened to both doctors who had just walked into her office. She was touched that they were concerned for her, but she just didn't want to stare a the walls of her house for any longer.
She let out a small giggle when the paper ball hit Wilson on the head and blushed when he glared at her. "If I go sit in Wilson's office and do my work, will you two," She said pointing to House and Cuddy. "Let me stay? And I also promise that if I start to feel too much pain, I'll get Wilson to take me home?" She hoped that would satisfy everyone. Atleast then she'd have company with Wilson.

Cuddy heaved a tired sigh, rolling her eyes as the paperball fight went on. She was actually trusting this man to raise a child? Even knowing that wasn't fair, she still couldn't help but think it. Well, her mind added. At least he'll be able to have fun with the kid... As that thought crossed her mind, she cast a look at House before turning back to Angel as she spoke.
"Well, if it's okay with Wilson, I don't have a problem. It's his office, after all," Cuddy agreed, glancing at Wilson, waiting for his answer. Though, she felt she had to add her own condition to the contract. "And House has to promise not to bother either of you." She turned a stern look on House, tapping the till-now-forgotten case file against her leg. She was sure it would keep him busy. Or at least busy enough to leave Wilson and Angel alone to work.

House turned innocently hurt eyes on to Cuddy, "who me?" he gasped out, dramatically, "would I ever bother Angel or Wilson? Wait, don't answer that. I was just feeling nostalgic for the grand old days that I could actually pull off the innocent naive look. Wilson's office is not Angel home in bed, but it's better than her being alone in her pathetic office. I promise not to bother Angel and Wilson until the end of the day."
He stood up with judicious use of his cane, made a face and pulled out his vicodin. "Ah, my sweet vicodin," he said to the small white pill in his hand. "We shall become as one now!" With that, he popped the pill into his mouth and swallowed it. "Feel free to bother me, since I can't bother you," he said by way of farewell, heading out the door.

Wilson was glad that everyone seemed satisfied with his proposal. And maybe he would take up House's offer to come bother him---Give him a taste of his own medicine. He threw away in the trash can the ball of paper he was still holding and handed Angel her crutches.
He turned towards Cuddy to say, "I'll give you a call if House does come over." He wouldn't put it past House to blatantly disregard Cuddy, even if she was going to be the mother of his child.

Before accepting her crutches from Wilson, Angel quickly packed up her laptop and files that she had been working on before being so rudely interrupted, into her bag. When that was done, she took the crutches from Wilson, slung the bag over her shoulder and made her way towards the door.
"I'm glad that's all settled." She sighed, then rolled her eyes at House's comment before he left. "My office is not pathetic." She grumbled, then turned to Wilson. "Lead on MacDuff." She said, pointing to the door.
